Some love stories just feel like an adventure — the kind that makes your heart race and your soul feel wide open. Stephan and Kyle’s engagement session was exactly that kind of story — a day filled with wind, moody skies, and laughter, beginning at a quiet Michigan airport and ending among the golden dunes of Sleeping Bear.

Stephan is a pilot, so they had the idea of meeting at a small local airfield for some photos on the runway. From there, we headed to Esch Beach for sandy trails, tall pines, and Lake Michigan.
